STORE POLICY

Customer Care

We recognize that without our customers Polygon Printing would have no support and we would like to thank you and ensure that business is always conducted professionally with all of our supporters. If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your product or service you have received please reach out to us so we may reach a resolution.

General Terms

Polygon Printing reserves the right to refund and reject an order for any reason. Prices are subject to change without notice. The client may upload images of the unaltered product on any website and social channels. 

Payment

Payments for any items on the shop are processed through Wix Stores. Custom commissions are paid through Paypal. Payment for commissions can only be sent after a commission is approved. All currency is in USD.

Commissions

A commission request can be sent through our contact form. We work closely with clients to ensure that a commission meets their vision. Three revisions to a commission are included in the price. Any revisions past that will typically be charged as an hourly rate and material cost where applicable. A deposit of 50% of the commission quote will be due before the work on any commission begins and the remaining 50% will be due before the commission is shipped. If a cancellation is made before work on the commission begins or Polygon Printing is unable to fulfill a commission, a full refund will be made. Once work on the commission begins, the deposit is non-refundable.

Polygon Printing will not claim intellectual property (IP) of commissions. We reserve the right to post images of the commission online, on our social medias, and in printed publications. We also reserve the right to reuse any models that we create or acquire. A client can request that we do not reuse a model that they own the IP on and that they provide to us.

The client may upload images of the unaltered commissioned artwork on any website and social channels. 

Privacy & Safety

​We prioritize data privacy and safety. Polygon Printing is securely run via WIX. Personally identifiable information is not used outside of Polygon Printing business operations.

Refunds

If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. We will transfer the money back to you.

If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all aforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning Polygon Printing again.

 

Returns and Damages

Undamaged, non-commission products:

A return can be requested through the contact form within 7 days of receiving the product. Return shipping and proper packaging must be covered by the customer. A refund on the product cost will be issued when we receive the undamaged item. Do not send back an item without contacting us first.


Undamaged commission products:

A return can be requested through the contact form within 7 days of receiving the product. Return shipping and proper packaging must be covered by the customer. Only 50% of the original commission quote is refundable upon the receipt of the undamaged product. Do not send back an item without contacting us first.


Damage products:

The customer must contact us within 5 days of receiving a damaged product with pictures of the shipping box and damaged product. We will open an investigation on the damage to determine who is at fault and provide a refund or replacement on a case by case basis.
